The deal, in plain words.

When you ask for a preview, I build a homepage for your business and email you a link within 2 business days. It is free, with no call and no payment.

Asking for a preview does not make you a client. Nothing is owed and nothing is agreed until you approve your finished homepage in writing. Email counts as writing.

• Website: $99 a month. A site of up to 3 pages, Google Business Profile setup, hosting, and one change a month.
• Website + AI: $199 a month. Everything in Website, plus an AI that answers web chat and the calls you miss or get after hours.

Prices are in US dollars and are billed monthly, in advance.

Setup is $499, once. It is due only when you approve your finished homepage.

Launch offer: the first 5 clients pay $299. In return, you agree that I can show your site as an example of my work, and I will ask for your honest feedback after 60 days. The discount does not depend on what you say.

Everything I charge is on this page: the monthly price, setup, extra changes and extra call minutes. There is nothing else from me.

The one cost that is not mine is the Twilio A2P registration fee for business texting, listed under what is not included.

After you approve and pay setup, you fill in one intake form. The clock starts the day I receive the completed form.

• Website: your full site is live within 7 days.
• Website + AI: your full site and the AI are live within 14 days.

If I miss that, your first month is free.

The minimum is 12 months. After that it runs month to month, and it ends with 30 days' notice. Notice by email is fine.

If a monthly payment is missed, your site is paused after 14 days and removed after 30 days.

Setup is not refunded once your site is live.

Each month includes one change that takes up to 30 minutes of work. Anything beyond that is $40 for each 30 minutes.

Your domain name, your text, your photos and your logo are yours, while you are a client and after. If you leave, you keep them.

The page layout, the build and the hosting account stay with TJG Solutions. If you leave, you take your domain and your content with you. The site built on my layout does not transfer.

Custom design, online stores, more than 3 pages, logo design, and copywriting beyond the standard page text.

The Twilio A2P registration fee is not included. It is the registration US phone carriers require before a business can send text messages.

A full CRM setup is a separate build. If you want one, pick a time for a quick Google Meet.

The AI answers web chat on your site, and the calls you miss or get after hours. Each month includes 100 call minutes and 1,000 chat replies. Extra call minutes are $0.50 each.

It answers only from your services, hours and service area, and it never guesses a price. For anything else it takes a number and sends it to you.

You get what gives a local business a fair chance of being found and called: a complete Business Profile, fast pages, and a section for each service and area. I do not promise rankings, calls or sales. Nobody can honestly promise those.

The text and design on this site belong to TJG Solutions. The phone screens and the chat on the home page are examples that show how a site works. They are not real customers or real results.

I keep this site as accurate as I can, but I do not promise it is free of errors or always current.

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
