What I collect, and why.

• What you send me. The preview form asks for your business name, what you do, your city or service area and your email. A website or Google listing link, and a Facebook page or Instagram handle, are optional.
• Call requests. If you ask for a call about a full CRM setup, the form asks for your name, email, phone number and preferred time. Your time zone is saved with it so the time is read correctly.
• Design choices. The page you see after the form helps you write a message about colors, fonts and photos. It is sent from your own email or WhatsApp, and only if you choose to send it.
• How you got here. If the link you clicked carried a campaign tag, or another site sent you, that is saved with your request.
• Standard technical records. The company that hosts this site records things like IP address, browser and pages viewed with each visit, to keep the site running and secure.
• Visit counts. I count page views to see whether the site is doing its job. The counts are anonymous and use no cookies.

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you to other sites.

When you send the form, what you typed is kept in that browser tab, so the next page can greet you by name and the form can be refilled if the send fails. It is gone when you close the tab.

To build your preview and to email you about it: when it is ready, when I need something from you, and when your site goes live. If you asked for a call, to confirm it and hold it.

I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

The companies that host this site and run my customer records and email handle your details on my behalf, only so I can do the work above.

The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

As long as I need it to answer you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Then I delete it.

If you asked for a preview and decided not to go ahead, you can ask me to delete your request at any time.

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email timothy@tjgsolutions.com and I will do it.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
